WellBeing Coach (Davao)
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular individual wellness coaching sessions and group sessions for project team members of a client company based in Davao. Session schedules will cater to 24/7 operations of clients, so work schedules will vary.
- Evaluates patients’ psychological needs and accommodates them accordingly.
- Address mental/wellbeing concerns of clients for a specific content moderation account.
- Provide individual, group sessions, and training for clients regarding their wellbeing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in counseling and/or at least some units in Masters
- Degree in Guidance and Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Licensure in Psychometrics, Counseling and Social Work
- Adaptable to varying work schedules, including night shift, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in the use of technology and software such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good business communication skills
Psychologist
Responsibilities
- Managing assessments and evaluation of integrated approaches of varying potential and abilities to treat individuals suffering from psychological distress and mental illness
- Provide psychological treatment with psychotherapy and interpretation of psychological assessment and testing
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality consultation session
Requirements
- Masters or PhD degree in Psychology
- Full-time or part-time contract

- Able to provide onl ne teletherapy and counselling
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in psychological counseling
- Excellent interactive training skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

Psychiatrist
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder
- Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
- Treat patients using psychological therapies
- Gather and maintain patient information and records, including social or medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or otherr professionals
- Record patient medical histories
- Design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments
- Develop medical treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, clients, wellbeing coaches, care coordinators or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress
- Analyze and evaluate patient data or test findings to diagnose nature or extent of mental disorder
- Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment
- Examine or conduct laboratory or diagnostic tests on patients to provide information on general physical condition or mental disorder
- Examine patients to assess general physical and mental condition
Requirements
- Licensed medical doctor
- Completed a residency program in Psychiatry
- Full time or part time contract
- Flexible work hours
- Able to provide online teletherapy
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Psychiatry
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity with current DSM criteria
- Familiar with crisis assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices
- Proficient in English
